We will conduct a full review in your offices and then work with you to ensure that you are compliant. In everything we do, we will continue to be conscious of your need to contain costs and remain competitive.

Full Support Service

Our Associate will also re-visit regularly to help ensure that you continue to be compliant in the light of changes to the regulations, or within your own organisation.

The cost of the service is all-inclusive and, as we retain an ongoing commitment to you, our fees are paid monthly over the period of the contract.

Our expertise is available to help you minimise the risks arising from changes to insurance industry regulation and to ensure you make the most of the opportunities presented by this developing business environment.

This service includes:

  1. Interview with Managing Director and/or Director responsible for compliance, to establish objectives for compliance and progress to date.
  2. Interviews with "appropriate staff", focusing on Training and Competence issues.
  3. Monitor customer interface:
  4. (a) face-to-face
    (b) telephone
    (c) website
  5. Review complaints procedure and recent complaints.
  6. Conduct gap analysis based on current rules.
  7. Provide verbal report/debrief to Managing Director and/or Director responsible for compliance.

Following the visit, a written report will be provided with a structured Action Plan.

Templates or suggested documentation will be provided as agreed and full advice and support is available to ensure compliant status is achieved.

A timetable of at least quarterly visits will be scheduled for ongoing monitoring and review of the action plan. On these occasions, additional actions will be identified for any new members of staff appointed since the previous visit and updates will be provided in relation to any changes in legislation, rules, etc, and to take into account any changes to internal working practices.

Throughout the period of the contract, telephone and e-mail helplines are available and ICS will issue bulletins highlighting important news with directions for relevant action to be taken.
